The apartment can be rent weekly (from Saturday) or monthly and prizes change according to the season and number of persons.
The apartment is on the second floor of a typical building dated beginning of the 20th century completely surrounded by olive and fruit- trees, located in a totally car-free zone.
The apartment, renovated in 2008 is on two levels: on the first one 2 bed rooms one with a big bed and the other with a french size bed, a large living-room with the kitchen, a bathroom and a wide corridor.
On the second floor: a bathroom, another small bedroom with a middle size bed and a beautiful terrace.
It is very comfortable: it is equipped with fridge, tv, micro-wave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bed-linen, a totally furnished kitchen.
It has a beautiful view over the sea and the “Golfo del Tigullio”.
The village of San Lorenzo della Costa is at 10 minutes walk on a panoramic country-road which can be run also by car.
The parking place is in the village, but it’s often possible to park nearer the house too.
In the village there is a food-store and some nice restaurants and a pizzeria.
Santa Margherita Ligure can be reached by a foot-path next to the house in 20 minutes, and other paths for Portofino Peak, Portofino, Punta Chiappa are very close to the house as well. .
San Lorenzo della Costa is connected by a daily bus- service to Santa Margherita , Rapallo, Camogli, Ruta, Recco and Genova . It takes 5 minutes by bus to reach Santa Margherita and Rapallo, just a little more for the other destinations.
BEACHES
The nearest beaches are in Santa Margherita (30 minutes walking on the pathway next to our flat, or 5/10 minutes by car or using the shuttle service from the village. The stretch of coast from Santa Margherita to Portofino is particulary charming, small beaches are easily reachable from the carway. Also in Camogli ( 10 mn. by car or with the shutlle service going right direction Genova) there is a nice stone beach sorrounded by the typical colourful ligurian houses. If you have children or you prefer larger beaches the best place is Lavagna and Cavi di Lavagna (from Rapallo going left La Spezia direction). Both the several furnished /beach concessions/ and the /free beaches/ can be found along several kilometres of beach. These beaches are very easy to reach: by train, that stops just next to the sea, in 15 mn from Santa Margherita or Rapallo or by car in 30 minutes. Between Rapallo and Chiavari there is Zoagli a small village with a beautiful promenade on the sea and beautifull water to bathe.

Location à la semaine (à partir du samedi) ou au mois.
Les prix varient selon la saison.L'appartement, entièrement rénové en 2007/08, est au deuxième étage d’une maison ligure typique début XXème siècle, plongée dans la verte campagne du Mont de Portofino, parmi des oliviers et des arbres fruitiers. Il est réparti sur deux niveaux reliés par un escalier interne.Au premier étage se trouvent deux chambres à coucher, une avec un lit double et l’autre avec un lit à une place et demie, une salle de bains, une douche à part, un couloir spacieux et une ample salle avec cuisine à jour.A l’étage supérieur il y a une autre salle de bain, un espace ouvert avec un lit à une place et demie
et la terrasse.
L’appartement est équipé de lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec congélateur, four aux micro-ondes, lave-linge, télévision, vaisselle et linge pour la chambre et salle de bains.
On peut atteindre à pied Santa Margherita Ligure en 20 minutes, par un sentier qui passe près de la maison et d’autres sentiers pour le Mont de Portofino sont dans les parages. On peut atteindre à pied le village de San Lorenzo en 10 minutes, par un court escalier et en continuant ensuite par un petit chemin de campagne que l’on peut aussi parcourir en voiture.Dans le village il y a un magasin bien achalandé, une pizzeria et deux restaurants.
Un service d’autobus de ligne relie en quelques minutes San Lorenzo à Santa Margherita, Rapallo, Camogli, Recco et Gênes.En outre, la maison a 2000 mètres de campagne environ cultivés à verger et à oliveraie. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
